Superior introduces new XP and XC aluminum lines

Superior launches a new generation of XP and XC aluminum mountain bikes. Both platforms draw on the technology and design know-how of our carbon models, bringing their key benefits to a more accessible segment. The result: light, fast, precisely handling bikes—engineered in Kopřivnice for riders who want performance geometry, modern design, and everyday reliability.
XP – Race-inspired performance
The XP line targets ambitious riders seeking sharp, high-performance hardtails with true race DNA. The new X6 Ultralite Aluminium frame delivers an ideal balance of stiffness, weight, and durability.
Compared to the previous generation, frame weight is down by 250 grams for noticeably quicker acceleration and more precise control on the trails. Geometry is derived from the XP Carbon series—with longer reach, shorter chainstays, and a lower center of gravity for more stability and confidence in technical sections.
Fully integrated internal cable routing, UDH dropout, and Boost spacing give the frame a clean look and modern standards. Depending on the model, you’ll find 120 mm forks, hydraulic disc brakes, and Shimano Deore, SLX, or XT 12-speed drivetrains. “XP was designed for riders who want crisp responses, low weight, and attainable race performance. It’s a bike that pushes you to ride faster while staying comfortable,” says Josef Lupík, Product Manager at Superior.
XC – Comfort, control, and versatility
The XC line brings the same engineering quality as XP, with greater emphasis on comfort and all-round use. The new lightweight X6 Ultralite Aluminium frame combines a stable, natural riding position with confident handling—ideal even for less experienced riders.
Thanks to the revised geometry, XC offers a more relaxed position on longer rides and better control at lower speeds. XC MS (Women’s Geometry) models feature a lower top tube for easier mounting and natural comfort for women.
As with XP, you get integrated cable routing, mounts for racks, fenders, and a kickstand, plus a modern design inspired by our carbon bikes. XC is the perfect choice for active cyclists who want one bike for everything—from weekend routes to daily commuting.
