The new season is already knocking on the door. Our team has certainly not been idle during the winter break and has embarked on an ambitious transformation. The new riders, like the rest of the team, have big ambitions and in the 2022/23 season, they want to get podium finishes or get into the world's top ranks.
"This year we welcomed five new riders of different age categories. Among them is the experienced Charly Markt, who was an Olympic Games participant, or the talented athletes Simona Spěšná and Anina Hütter. We wanted to create team chemistry so that we have focused athletes in each category to complement the existing squad well," says team manager Joe Broder, adding "Now we will focus on our training camp in Spain, where we will fly out in February and spend 3 weeks of really hard training to be ready for the start of the season. I firmly believe that the local conditions will bring us closer to the climate for the first World Cup race in Brazil."
Simona Spěšná from the Czech Republic, who competes in the U19 category, is also a new competitor of the team. "I think it's a step forward in my career. The team will start in all XC events in the World Cup and the team are experienced riders, from whom I can learn a lot," says Simona Spěšná.
